What licensing unlocks

Where to buy
Licenses are sold on the pricing page. You'll receive your license key by email within a few minutes of purchase — keep that email safe, as the key is what activates the app.
Activating
- Open Kaizen OCR.
- Click the Upgrade banner on the dashboard (or go to Settings → Licensing).
- Paste the license key from your email into the License key field.
- Click Activate. The app checks the key against our licensing service (one-time online check required).
- Once activated, you'll see a green PRO (or PREMIUM) badge on the dashboard.
Troubleshooting activation
“Key is invalid”
Double-check you copied the whole key from the email (they're long and sometimes get truncated in mail clients). Keys contain letters and digits but no spaces — remove any stray whitespace.
“Unable to reach licensing service”
Activation needs a one-time internet connection to https://azfnlic.azurewebsites.net. If you're on a corporate network, ask IT to whitelist that domain, or activate from a home connection and the app will remember.
“Activation limit reached”
This means the key is already in use on another device. Deactivate from the other device (Settings → Licensing → Deactivate) or email [email protected] to reset the device binding.
