How do I renew my Kaizen Focus licence?

Enter your license key on the renewal page. You will see the PC it is on, when it expires, and the exact date it would move to, then choose another year for $29 or lifetime for $149 and pay. The licence updates automatically — you keep the same key and never re-activate.

Can I renew every PC in my office at once?

Yes. Enter your 9-character office Admin Code instead of a license key and every linked PC is listed with its own expiry date. Choose another year or lifetime for each PC individually, then pay for all of them in one checkout.

Do I lose the days left on my current licence when I renew early?

No. A one-year renewal is added on top of your current expiry date, so renewing early never costs you the days you already paid for. The page shows each PC's new expiry date before you pay, so there is no guesswork.

Do I need to re-enter the license key after renewing?

No. The same key stays valid with a new expiry date. Each PC picks the change up the next time Kaizen Focus checks its licence, which happens automatically — reopening the app makes it immediate.

Renewal questions

Do I lose the days left on my licence if I renew early?

No. A one-year renewal is added on top of your current expiry date, so renewing a month early still gives you a full extra year. Renewing after expiry starts the year from today.

Will I get a new license key?

No — and that’s deliberate. The key you already have stays valid with a new expiry date, so there is nothing to re-enter on any PC. Each PC picks the change up automatically the next time Focus checks its licence; reopening the app makes it immediate.

How does renewing a whole office work?

Enter your 9-character Admin Code instead of a license key. Every PC linked to that office is listed with its own PC name, plan and expiry date, and you choose another year or lifetime for each PC separately — mix and match freely. Each PC shows its current expiry and the exact date it would move to, and the header calls out which PC lapses first. One payment covers everything you selected. PCs that are already lifetime are shown but can’t be charged again.

What does it cost?

Another year is $29 per PC — the same as a new Pro licence. Switching a PC to lifetime is a one-time $149 per PC — after that it never needs renewing again. Prices are per PC because each PC needs its own licence; the office Admin Code shares your rules and settings, not the licence.

I can’t find my key or Admin Code.

Search your email for “Kaizen Focus License Key” — both are in that message. Inside the app you can also see them under Admin Settings. Still stuck? Email [email protected] from the address you bought with and we’ll resend them.

What happens to my data if my licence has already expired?

Nothing is lost. An expired licence drops Focus back to the free feature set — blocking and monitoring keep running, and your rules, history and screenshots stay on your PC. Renewing switches the Pro features back on exactly as they were.
