Fast.AI Mail is built from scratch for speed and simplicity. It never hangs, has a minimal clean UI, and includes AI-powered features like auto-delete rules, smart alerts, AI replies via ChatGPT, and email tracking — features that require plugins or paid plans in other clients.
Fast.AI Mail supports IMAP and POP protocols, which means it works with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and virtually any email provider. Each account can have its own sync interval.
You write a brief description of what you want to say (e.g., "explain that I need a deadline extension until Friday"). The app sends this along with the email context to ChatGPT via your OpenAI API key, generates a professional reply, and shows it to you for review before sending.
All data is stored locally in an encrypted SQLite database. The app supports password protection with configurable auto-lock. Individual accounts can have their own lock settings. No email data is sent to our servers.
