How to Block or Limit YouTube

Introduction

As a parent, you may want to limit your child's access to YouTube Shorts, the platform's short-form video feature that can be highly addictive. This guide will walk you through the process using the parental control settings shown in your dashboard.

Step 1: Access the Restrictions Section

1. Open the Kaizen Protect & access the Restriction Section.

2. Click on "App Limits" from the menu options.

3. Scroll down to find "youtube" in the application list.

Step 2: Set Daily Restrictions

1. Locate the "youtube" row in the table
2. Click "Select" under the day(s) you want to block.
3. Choose "Blocked" from the dropdown menu that appears.
4. Repeat for each day you want the restriction to apply.
