Voice Selection¶
Speech Studio provides access to 603 AI neural voices spanning 80+ languages and dialects. This guide explains how to browse, filter, and choose the right voice for your project.
Browsing Voices¶
Open the Voice Selection panel from the main interface. Voices are organized and can be filtered by:
- Language -- Select a language or regional dialect (e.g., English US, English UK, Spanish Mexico)
- Gender -- Filter by male or female voices
- Voice style -- Some voices support multiple styles like newscast, conversational, or cheerful

Previewing Voices¶
Before committing to a voice for your project:
- Select any voice from the list
- Click the Preview button to hear a short sample
- Compare multiple voices to find the one that fits your needs
Quick Compare
Type a short sentence from your actual content in the text area, then switch between voices and preview each one. This gives you a much better sense of how the final output will sound with your specific text.
