Kaizen OCR & PDF is designed with your privacy as the top priority. Unlike online OCR services, Kaizen OCR processes everything locally on your computer -- your documents never leave your machine.
100% Offline Processing¶
- All OCR text extraction happens on your computer
- All document conversion happens on your computer
- All PDF operations happen on your computer
- No files are uploaded to any server or cloud service
- No internet connection is required after installation
When is internet needed?
Internet is required only for:
- Downloading the installer from our website
- Activating a Pro license key (one-time only)
After these steps, everything works completely offline.
