Activate Your License¶
Upgrade from the free version to Kaizen OCR Pro to unlock unlimited usage of all features. License activation requires a one-time internet connection.
Step-by-Step Guide¶
Step 1: Open the License Dialog¶
From the Kaizen OCR home screen, click the Activate License button or navigate to the license settings.
Step 2: Enter Your License Key¶
Type or paste your license key into the input field. You will have received this key via email after purchasing a Pro plan.
Step 3: Click Activate¶
Click the Activate button to validate your license key. This step requires an internet connection.
Step 4: Activation Confirmed¶
Once validated, you will see a confirmation message. Your license is now active, and all features are unlocked with unlimited usage.

Your Pro license is now active. All features are unlocked with unlimited usage. No internet connection is required for subsequent use.
