How to Uninstall Kaizen OCR & PDF¶
You can uninstall Kaizen OCR & PDF using either the Control Panel or the System Tray icon.
Method 1: Uninstall via Control Panel¶
Step 1: Open Control Panel¶
Open the Windows Control Panel and navigate to Programs and Features (or Apps & Features on Windows 11).
Step 2: Uninstall the Application¶
Find Kaizen OCR & PDF in the list of installed programs, select it, and click Uninstall.
Method 2: Uninstall via System Tray¶
Step 1: Locate the System Tray Icon¶
Right-click the Kaizen OCR icon in the Windows system tray (near the clock in the taskbar).
Step 2: Select Uninstall¶
Choose the Uninstall option from the context menu and follow the prompts to complete the removal.
Note
Uninstalling the application will remove the program files but will not delete any documents or files you have processed with the application.
