Convert Documents¶
The Convert Document feature allows you to quickly change files into different formats with just a few clicks. Simply drag & drop your files, choose the Convert From and Convert To formats, and press Start -- no complicated steps required.
You can convert documents between popular formats like PDF, DOCX, DOC, RTF, TXT, HTML, ODT, EPUB, and even image formats such as PNG, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, and GIF. It's designed to save time, improve workflow, and make document conversion simple and efficient for everyday use.

Step-by-Step Guide¶
Step 1: Open Convert Documents¶
From the Kaizen OCR dashboard, click on the Convert Documents tile.
Step 2: Add Your File¶
Click the file browser button or drag & drop your document into the application.
Step 3: Select Your File¶
Choose the file you want to convert from the file dialog.
Step 4: Choose Conversion Settings¶
Select the Convert From format and the Convert To format. The application will automatically detect the input format in most cases.
Step 5: Start Conversion¶
Click the Start button to begin the conversion process.
Step 6: View Results¶
The converted file will be saved to your specified output location. A confirmation will be shown once the conversion is complete.
