Kaizen Speech Studio uses your own Microsoft Azure key (Bring-Your-Own-Key). Azure’s free F0 tier includes 500,000 neural characters every month at no cost — plenty for most personal projects. Beyond that, Microsoft bills you directly at about $16 per million characters (roughly 150 pages of text) — 5–10× cheaper than wrapped subscription services. The app walks you through getting an Azure key on first run, and lifetime buyers get free 1-on-1 setup help.

Run KaizenSpeechStudioInstaller.exe from the GiveawayOfTheDay bundle on your Windows PC.
